Miles and Memories is a boutique travel consultancy specializing in crafting deeply personalized, high-end itineraries. Their Framer site serves as both a dynamic visual brochure to inspire clients and a lead generation engine for their bespoke planning services.

(OUR APPROACH)

Our approach was "inspiration-to-inquiry." We designed a visually immersive journey using Framer's strength in animations and scroll-based storytelling. The site structure guides users from breathtaking destination galleries into detailed service breakdowns, culminating in a tailored consultation request flow.

(VISION & INNOVATION)

The vision was to move beyond a static service menu and create a digital experience that feels like the first step of the vacation itself. The site aims to evoke the emotion and exclusivity of travel, positioning the consultants as expert curators of unique global experiences.

(CHALLENGES)

The key challenge was organizing and presenting a vast, non-inventory-based service (custom itineraries) in a tangible way. We needed to demonstrate value and process without standard e-commerce features, relying purely on content, social proof, and interaction design.

(PROBLEMS)

The previous site failed to capture the luxury and personal touch of the service, appearing generic. It generated low-quality leads with unrealistic budget expectations, as the premium, customized nature of the work wasn't effectively communicated upfront.

(USER-CENTRIC DESIGN)

We implemented an interactive "Itinerary Builder" teaser module, allowing users to select preferences (e.g., "Adventure," "Culinary," "Relaxation") to see sample day plans. Smooth parallax effects and full-screen video headers were used to create an immediate sense of wanderlust and quality.

(USER NEEDS)

Users are time-poor, seeking a trusted expert to handle complex travel logistics. They need inspiration, clear proof of expertise (through past itineraries and testimonials), and a simple, confidential way to initiate a high-touch, personal service conversation.
